About Signs Museum

Signs Museum is a curated archive of funny real-world signs: public notices, private confusion, and accidental comedy.

Some signs are funny because of typos. Some are funny because they are too specific. Some are funny because they are clearly the result of an incident that everyone involved would rather forget.

We collect them, transcribe them, explain them, and organize them so the internet has something better than a pile of screenshots.

It is a directory of signs worth reading twice, a small folklore of funny signs, and an archive of strange signs that need explaining.
